The solution integrated with Microsoft SharePoint, CRM and Office 365 so users could surface social interactions and knowledge directly inside core productivity and customer systems. Operational coverage emphasized organization wide collaboration and knowledge sharing, aligning Community Management functionality with business functions for communication, knowledge management, customer engagement and task coordination. Governance centered on a centralized hub approach complemented by embedded collaboration inside existing systems, enabling workflows to be executed either from the Pulse hub or within SharePoint and Office 365. Rollout emphasized embedding social collaboration into established application workflows to reduce context switching and to position Neudesic Pulse as an operational layer for cross functional interaction. Company leadership reported that Neudesic Pulse met the stated objective to bring the organization together to collaborate, share ideas, ask questions and get answers, either from a centralized hub or within the business systems in regular use. The Neudesic Pulse implementation served as the organization’s Community Management platform for ongoing employee and partner engagement.
