The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities for the finance organization, with explicit emphasis on accounts payable automation, bank reconciliation, revenue calculation, and monthly close orchestration.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP configuration established automated invoice import and accounts payable workflows sized for 5,000 to 8,000 invoices per month, implementing a two-click import and reconciliation process for invoice-to-payment readiness. Functional routines included invoice matching, automated reconciliation triggers against bank statements, and revenue calculation processes to support recurring monthly close activities.
Operational coverage concentrated on the finance team and accounts payable function, integrating bank reconciliation feeds and payment preparation workflows so reconciliations could be executed directly within the ERP. The rollout replaced manual import and reconciliation workstreams that had previously been executed by finance staff and centralized transactional controls and ledger postings within NetSuite.
Finance governance was adjusted to standardize invoice handling and reconciliation workflows within Oracle NetSuite ERP, enabling a faster close cadence. Before the implementation, manual import took about 25 hours and bank reconciliation required roughly 50 hours, and the full financial close took 45 days, after which closing the books and calculating revenues became possible every month in eight days.
