CSSP Legacy Cheops Stock Inventory Inventory Management SCM n/a 2025 2025
In 2025, World Logistics Network implemented Cheops Stock Inventory. The deployment of Cheops Stock Inventory in the Inventory Management category was provided by vendor CSSP and scoped to support the organization’s core warehousing and inventory control processes. Configuration focused on standard Inventory Management capabilities, including SKU master data, location and bin management, lot and serial tracking, inbound receiving, outbound picking, cycle counting, transaction-level stock adjustments, reorder point controls, and audit trails. The Cheops Stock Inventory configuration applied role based permissions and barcode enabled transaction capture to enforce inventory accuracy and traceability across operational workflows. World Logistics Network concurrently uses Creditsafe to perform comprehensive credit and due-diligence checks on prospective members across its global logistics network, managed from the UK. Creditsafe company credit reports and monitoring services were employed to support supplier and member onboarding and third-party risk screening alongside inventory processes, while Cheops Stock Inventory retained responsibility for physical stock control and inventory state. Governance for the Cheops Stock Inventory deployment established workflow changes for receiving, reconciliation, and cycle count procedures, and embedded approval controls and audit logging to support operational compliance. Training and configuration management concentrated on aligning warehouse handling and procurement handoffs with the new Inventory Management workflows to standardize stock lifecycle operations.
