Operational coverage extended across the full supply chain recruiting model, encompassing Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Health and Safety, Product Development, Security, Transport and Logistics, IT and Tech, Customer Service, Marketing, Installations and Trade, and supported a shift to direct recruitment with reduced agency dependence. The recruitment team built a talent pool of just over 150,000 candidates and used Eploy dashboards to drill into source effectiveness, careers site traffic and time to hire, while empowering hiring managers with self service visibility. Governance and rollout were delivered through a full implementation service, with the recruitment team reviewing needs by business area and instituting role based hiring manager access, configurable approval workflows and onboarding processes aligned to each department. The case study reports outcomes including a 99% offer acceptance rate and 96% of hires sourced directly, demonstrating consolidation of applicant tracking and candidate relationship management on the Eploy Applicant Tracking System.
