Configuration and automation capabilities implemented included master image creation and push-based Windows 10 upgrades, centralized software distribution, software inventory and discovery, and license tracking consistent with SAM and ITAM functional workflows. The ZENworks implementation operated within a Micro Focus Open Workgroup Suite environment, integrating with Micro Focus GroupWise for email, Micro Focus Filr for secure file sharing, Micro Focus Vibe for IT team collaboration, Micro Focus iPrint for print services, Micro Focus Open Enterprise Server and NetIQ eDirectory for directory and server services. Technology partner Bechtle GmbH provided implementation and ongoing support, working with Micro Focus for operational management and escalation.
