The line item extraction capability removed subjective consolidation of invoice lines by staff and ensured full invoice detail flowed into the finance system.
Operational integrations included two way synchronization of Purchase Order information with MYOB and an export pathway that created bill records and file attachments in MYOB. Suppliers were redirected to a unique Ocerra provided email inbox which centralized intake and reduced invoice loss while enabling searchable, auditable records accessible to remote approvers. The deployment affected Yahava KoffeeWorks accounts payable and procurement related supplier management processes across its retail operations in Australia.
