Suppliers were redirected to a unique Ocerra provided email inbox which centralized intake and reduced invoice loss while enabling searchable, auditable records accessible to remote approvers. The deployment affected Yahava KoffeeWorks accounts payable and procurement related supplier management processes across its retail operations in Australia. Governance and process changes included standardized intake routing, an automated approval routing mechanism and a digital audit trail that eliminated the need for paper cabinet archives. According to the finance team the implementation cut accounts payable related data entry time by at least 80% and sharply reduced supplier queries while improving visibility for supplier consolidation decisions. The vendor reported a rapid implementation and responsive go live support which supported adoption.
