| SAP | Legacy | SAP Business One | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2011 | 2012 |
In 2011 YapStone implemented SAP Business One to support ERP Financial operations for a leading online payment service provider ranked 63 on Forbes list, supplying accounting and receivables management expertise within its finance organization. The deployment targeted core financial workflows and day to day accounting responsibilities rather than platform engineering, with SAP Business One serving as the transactional ERP Financial system for invoice and ledger processing.
Operational use of SAP Business One focused on accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, general ledger entries, credit memo issuance, small balance write-offs, and internal reconciliation workflows. The team monitored an AR aging report daily against approximately $3 million in total receivables, tracking multiple project codes, billing categories, and aging levels to prioritize collections and reconciliation tasks.
The implementation supported high volume billing for international accounts, generating roughly 250 AR/AP invoices per month through SAP Business One, and produced journal entries to maintain balanced ledgers. Finance personnel partnered closely with billing, chargeback, and account management teams to resolve AR and fraud related issues, and the accounting role also assisted with manual underwriting and credit review for potential new accounts.
Governance centered on daily AR review and cross functional escalation paths between billing and finance to address disputes and chargebacks, with SAP Business One used as the system of record for invoices, credit memos, write-offs, and reconciliations. YapStone relied on SAP Business One to centralize transactional ERP Financial processes and to support credit control and onboarding checks within its finance and account management functions.

In 2019, YapStone deployed Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its primary Collaboration platform. The implementation centralized corporate email, calendaring, and cloud document collaboration to support core business functions across finance, product, operations, and sales.
The deployment used Gmail for corporate mail, Google Drive for centralized cloud storage, and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for collaborative authoring, with Google Calendar for scheduling and coordination. Governance was applied through Google Admin policies for group based sharing controls, authentication settings, and audit logging to support compliance and operational visibility. YapStone Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration usage aligned platform capabilities with document version control, cross functional collaboration, and basic administrative governance across the organization.
