In 2022 Yoshi implemented PhoneBurner Power Dialer to scale inside sales outreach, deploying Call Center capabilities to support CRM and sales outreach across the United States. The deployment was oriented around inside sales teams at the 100 person transportation company and focused on automating outbound dialing and lead handling to increase contact velocity.
PhoneBurner Power Dialer was configured to operate as a high-velocity dialing engine with automated lead distribution using LeadStream, and to capture call activity for downstream attribution. Configuration work emphasized queue-based lead routing, automated call logging, and structured call outcomes to ensure consistent sales outreach workflows.
The implementation integrated call activity with Yoshi’s custom CRM so transactions could be tied directly to calls, improving visibility of sales interactions. Operational coverage was concentrated on U.S. CRM and sales outreach processes, with the PhoneBurner Power Dialer serving as the central Call Center tool for inside sales and sales operations.
Governance changes included formalizing lead routing and call logging processes to align with the new automated distribution model, and establishing sales operations oversight for ongoing dialing and CRM synchronization. According to the vendor case study the rollout supported substantial adoption, driving nearly 4x growth and adding thousands of new users.
