The implementation integrated call activity with Yoshi’s custom CRM so transactions could be tied directly to calls, improving visibility of sales interactions. Operational coverage was concentrated on U.S. CRM and sales outreach processes, with the PhoneBurner Power Dialer serving as the central Call Center tool for inside sales and sales operations. Governance changes included formalizing lead routing and call logging processes to align with the new automated distribution model, and establishing sales operations oversight for ongoing dialing and CRM synchronization. According to the vendor case study the rollout supported substantial adoption, driving nearly 4x growth and adding thousands of new users.
