Alludo Corel Legacy Pinnacle Studio Video Editing Content Management n/a 2011 2011
In 2011, Young Africa implemented Pinnacle Studio for Video Editing. The deployment addressed the media publisher's editorial content pipeline in France, including its Paris bureau, to support journalistic photo-video reports, institutional reporting, political, social and cultural coverage, event coverage, and documentary production. Pinnacle Studio was configured to deliver timeline-based multitrack editing, clip trimming, transitions and titling, project-level asset handling, and export workflows consistent with Video Editing applications. The implementation supported desktop editing workflows and editorial review cycles used by journalists, video producers, press photographers, and documentary directors producing content for Jeune Afrique and affiliated publications. The Pinnacle Studio environment coexisted with other explicit creative tools used by the organization, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop and GIMP, and InDesign and Scribus, forming a content pipeline across video editing, photo post-production, and layout for web and print. Operational governance was aligned with newsroom editorial processes and production roles, with Pinnacle Studio integrated into day-to-day journalistic photo-video and web design workflows.
