As a Salesforce-native CRM the solution was provisioned in the cloud and configured to interface with the YMCA of Delaware digital registration channels and staff-facing membership portals, enabling web-to-system enrollment flows and centralized reporting for operations teams. Operational coverage included membership, program registration and development functions across YMCA of Delaware sites. Governance and rollout included an organization-wide cutover in January 2021 with process changes for registration fulfillment and donor processing workflows. The implementation delivered an estimated $500,000 in annual operational savings, produced a 4x increase in online registrations, and reduced fundraising processing time from about 30 days to about 1 hour.
