In 2024, YPulse implemented Deepset Cloud to build a retrieval augmented generation and Text2SQL based AI research assistant and an agentic chat product. Deepset Cloud was deployed as an ML and Data Science Platforms solution to surface insights from more than 4,000 documents and Snowflake data for North American and Western European customers.
The implementation combined document ingestion, semantic indexing, vector embeddings and model orchestration using the Deepset Cloud Haystack stack to enable RAG workflows and natural language to SQL translation. The Text2SQL capability translated analyst queries into executable SQL against Snowflake while the RAG pipeline retrieved context from the indexed corpus to ground generated answers. Functional capabilities implemented included document parsing, semantic search, query to SQL translation, and conversational session management for agentic interactions.
Integration with Snowflake provided direct access to structured research datasets while the indexed document corpus supported unstructured insight retrieval, creating a hybrid data plane for research queries. The deployment targeted market research and editorial workflows within YPulse, servicing North American and Western European customer needs. The rollout completed in under four months and used iterative content curation and model tuning cycles to refine response quality.
Per the vendor case study, the solution launched in under four months, delivered a 5x ROI within a year and increased user interactions by approximately 25 percent. YPulse implemented Deepset Cloud as an ML and Data Science Platforms application to operationalize AI driven research workflows for market research and media publishing functions.
