The roll out included data migration and point integrations with other HR systems used by the company, specifically EngageRocket Survey and HuNet ePMS, and was implemented in coordination with the Times Software platform. Operational coverage extended to corporate offices in Asia for employee engagement programs while payroll and statutory submissions were executed across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia.
Governance and process changes were embedded alongside the Times HRIS deployment, including periodic training needs analysis, biannual appraisal execution, centralized record keeping and the introduction of company events and engagement survey processes.
