| TradeShift | Legacy | Tradeshift Pay | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, ZARA implemented Tradeshift Pay as its AP Automation solution to centralize invoice intake and electronic invoicing. The deployment targeted Zara's accounts payable organization and supplier network, and included transitioning vendors to the online invoicing system TradeShift to standardize supplier submission and digital invoice exchange.
Tradeshift Pay was configured to support core AP Automation capabilities, including electronic invoice capture, supplier portal onboarding, automated invoice validation and match workflows, approval routing, and exception handling. The configuration emphasized automated workflow orchestration and invoice status transparency for AP and finance users, aligning with typical AP Automation functional taxonomy.
Operational integration focused on linking Tradeshift Pay with Zara's back-office transaction systems, enabling invoice data handoff into ERP ledgers and payment processing channels, while supplier onboarding workflows moved vendor invoicing onto the TradeShift platform. The implementation affected accounts payable and corporate finance functions by shifting invoice submission, validation, and routing onto a single vendor-facing channel.
Governance workstreams established supplier enrollment processes, invoice submission rules, and approval routing policies to enforce consistent AP controls and auditability within Tradeshift Pay. Process standardization and centralized invoice orchestration created a single source for electronic invoicing and supplier interaction under the AP Automation program.

| Meta4 | Legacy | Meta4 PeopleNet | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, ZARA implemented Meta4 PeopleNet for Core HR across its global retail organization. The program was driven by the department responsible for rollout in each subsidiary and spanned all brands including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties, Zara Home and Uterqüe, establishing a coordinated Core HR deployment footprint across countries.
The implementation of Meta4 PeopleNet was executed as a portfolio of country projects where teams gathered specific local requirements, designed a global template, reviewed and validated functional documentation produced by the global IT department, tested the solution and performed onsite implementations. Configuration work focused on Core HR workflows typical for the category, including employee master data management, organizational management, absence and time-related processes, and operational reporting and analytics.
Operational coverage included HR departments in each country and across brands, with the departmental team acting as Business Analyst between local business stakeholders and the global IT function. The team provided ongoing support to Human Resources areas for data extraction and analysis, creation of ad hoc reports and targeted information findings, supporting both project delivery and operational HR information needs.
Governance activities centered on global template governance, review and validation of functional specifications, and a phased country-by-country rollout model that integrated testing and onsite go live support. The department also participated in planning, analysing and developing the human resources strategy, associated budget and future HR program projects, maintaining a governance loop between tactical implementations and strategic HR planning.

| LexisNexis | Legacy | LexisNexis ThreatMetrix | eCommerce Fraud Protection | eCommerce | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Zara implemented LexisNexis ThreatMetrix on its public website. LexisNexis ThreatMetrix serves as Zara's eCommerce Fraud Protection solution, instrumenting customer sessions through client-side tagging to capture device and browser telemetry and producing risk scores used in online transaction decisioning. The deployment targets Zara's ecommerce checkout and account flows to support online payments and fraud operations.
Implementation architecture follows a common eCommerce Fraud Protection pattern, combining client-side JavaScript instrumentation for device fingerprinting and session profiling with server-side risk decisioning and policy orchestration to feed fraud review queues. Functional capabilities implemented include device identification, session profiling, risk scoring, and real-time decisioning to inform checkout accept, challenge, or review workflows. Governance was organized around centralized policy rules and operational ownership by Zara's online fraud and payments teams, with a phased rollout across the website to validate tagging and decision logic.
