Operational integrations and workflows tied benefits administration to payroll and finance through bi weekly reporting to reconcile benefits deductions and monthly reconciliation of benefits invoices submitted to Finance. The HR team used ADP Vantage HCM - ACA and benefits for self service enrollment troubleshooting, they coordinated with ADP to resolve system issues beyond in house capabilities, and they handled full cycle leave of absence administration, state program compliance, and workers compensation claims across 90 plus stores.
