The deployment began with a Texas jobsite pilot and moved to broader project rollouts within the United States, targeting payroll and finance workflows responsible for timesheet processing and subcontractor payments.
The SmartBarrel Construction Site Time Clock provided on-site verified time capture and automated timesheet generation, producing verified time data for downstream processing. SmartBarrel’s verified time data was configured to sync to Procore for automated timesheet uploads, enabling direct transfer of site-collected attendance into project accounting and subcontractor payment pipelines.
Operational scope centered on payroll and finance functions, where the devices replaced paper timesheets and reduced manual timesheet reconciliation.
