Governance and process work focused on standardizing product and customer naming conventions and creating a new-location roll-out roadmap to enable rapid expansion of distribution sites. Reported outcomes include optimized inventory management across locations, increased collaboration and productivity between sites, remote access for sales and finance, improved ability to measure credit worthiness, and access to critical data that supported strategic decisions and revenue growth during the pandemic.
