Charles Perry Partners | Construction and Real Estate | 360 | $100M | United States | Autodesk | Autodesk Build | Project Portfolio Management | 2020 | n/a |
Charles Perry Partners implemented Autodesk Build in 2020 across its U.S. operations as part of a Project Portfolio Management initiative. The rollout migrated project and cost management workloads from BIM 360 to Autodesk Build, standardizing project-level cost workflows and document control for hundreds of active projects.
Autodesk Build was configured to deliver project management and cost management capabilities, including budget tracking, change management, contract linkage, and pay application handling, aligning Build functionality with Project Portfolio Management requirements. The implementation emphasized centralized cost workflows and project-level configuration to support consistent financial controls and field-to-office coordination.
Build was integrated with the company ERP, Sage 300 CRE, to connect budgets, change management, contracts and pay applications, creating an operational link between project controls and finance. This integration positioned Autodesk Build as the system of record for project financials across Charles Perry Partners U.S. operations and supported cross-functional processes for project controls and accounting teams.
Governance focused on streamlining cost workflows, enforcing contract and change order procedures in Build, and establishing Build-based reporting for project teams. As reported in 2023, CPPI manages hundreds of projects in Autodesk Build and reported delivering 97.8% of projects on time and within budget, citing improved visibility and efficiency after the Build deployment.

Fullmer Construction | Construction and Real Estate | 150 | $20M | United States | Autodesk | Autodesk Build | Project Portfolio Management | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018, Fullmer Construction implemented Autodesk Build as its Project Portfolio Management solution. The decision was driven by the need to reduce paperwork and improve access to project information, providing platform access that speeds communication, transfers documents, and enables collaboration between field and office teams. Autodesk Build was positioned to centralize project records while supporting day to day coordination across project teams.
The implementation emphasized document management and field collaboration capabilities, including controlled document transfer, drawing and version control, photo and record capture, and mobile access for site personnel. Workflows typical of construction project management were configured to support submittals and RFI coordination, permissioned access and audit trails, and real time communication between superintendents and office-based project managers. Autodesk Build was used to standardize how project files and communications are captured and routed.
Operationally the rollout focused on embedding the Project Portfolio Management platform into field and office processes, shifting paperwork from dispersed file handling to centralized document control and structured collaboration workflows. Governance changes included formalizing document handoff processes and clarifying responsibility for information updates to ensure consistent access across projects. The outcome as reported was faster communication and improved ability to transfer documents and collaborate across individuals in the field and the office using Autodesk Build.

Keltbray | Construction and Real Estate | 2000 | $835M | United Kingdom | Autodesk | Autodesk Build | Project Portfolio Management | 2024 | n/a |
In 2024, Keltbray deployed Autodesk Build within an Autodesk Construction Cloud pilot to advance its Project Portfolio Management strategy and support PMO Project Controls integration across the Highways delivery team. Keltbray selected the Autodesk Construction Cloud pilot to meet Tier 1 client requirements and to evaluate platform suitability for a One Keltbray objective of standardizing end to end project delivery workflows across its infrastructure and built environment activities.
Keltbray procured Autodesk Construction Cloud licenses on an unlimited project based model and undertook administration, configuration and user training to establish Autodesk Docs as the single common data environment. The implementation centered on Autodesk Build field applications for site and delivery management, Autodesk BIM Collaborate for collaborative design workflows, and the assessment of the Cost module to increase project cost visibility during lifecycles, with Autodesk Build providing the field execution and project controls capabilities.
Cadline Customer Success and Technical teams provided ongoing guidance throughout testing and adoption, delivering API and Script Support, Forge migration and data loading, BIM and CAD standards work, implementation pipeline development, process automation strategy and training. The platform was integrated into Keltbray project controls and delivery processes, enabling collaboration workflows to operate independently from internal Keltbray IT infrastructure while remaining aligned to project delivery and contractual requirements.
Governance changes focused on embedding PMO Project Controls processes into the platform, establishing a regular meeting cadence between Cadline and the Keltbray implementation team, and training administrators and users to manage configuration and CDE workflows. Information management standardization was pursued to support ISO 19650 compliance, with process restructuring to reduce duplicated tasks and to centralize document, design and cost data under a single CDE.
Explicit outcomes reported from the ACC adoption include a step change in operational efficiencies, reduction in operational, design and project costs, elimination of duplicate processes, improved design collaboration to shorten construction and preconstruction lead times, advancement of sustainability objectives tied to UN goals, and the disconnection of construction collaboration processes from internal IT resources. Keltbray has committed to full Autodesk Construction Cloud implementation on major Highways projects and continues to evaluate broader company wide adoption of Autodesk Build and the wider ACC platform.
