The launch window ran from May to August 2025 and the platform has processed more than 7.38M orders since that launch while enabling real-time personalization. In 2024, Vivrelle implemented Elastic Path Order Management. The deployment leveraged Elastic Path Composer, Product Experience Manager and Payments to modernize Vivrelle's B2C commerce and order and returns operations in the United States.

The implementation was delivered with BORN Group as the system integrator and Group FMG listed as an implementation partner.
