Coverage included on-call escalation for non-business hours emergencies, audit support for internal and external auditors, and ongoing supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Governance work focused on aligning incident, event and problem management to ITIL principles, revising computer center incident response and emergency plans, maintaining accurate floor plans and asset records, and producing regular reports such as space capacity, power capacity and utilization, PUE and maintenance reports.
