In 2019, AriZona Beverage Company implemented the Ignition Platform as its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) platform at the new Keasbey, New Jersey greenfield plant. Configuration work focused on recipe parameterization, batch sequencing, data collection for analytics, and dashboarding to support rapid recipe changes and production troubleshooting.
Integrations included a direct interface to SAP for production scheduling and finished goods reporting, enabling a persistent data flow from plant execution to enterprise planning and reporting systems. Operational coverage was site level, centered on production operations, quality checkpoints, and finished goods reporting at the Keasbey facility.
