Ecclesiastical Insurance Insurance 108 $136M Canada Insurance Systems ISI Enterprise Claims Insurance Claims Management 2015 n/a
In 2015, Ecclesiastical Insurance implemented ISI Enterprise Claims, deploying Insurance Systems' ISI Enterprise suite across its Canadian operations. The deployment addressed Ecclesiastical’s specialist footprint serving places of worship, independent schools, charities, and care facilities, and used the browser based ISI Enterprise platform to provide end to end policy administration alongside Insurance Claims Management capabilities. The implementation included core processing modules for policy administration, claims, billing, accounting and reinsurance, together with supporting subsystems for rating, document production, CRM, workflow and business intelligence. ISI Enterprise Claims leveraged a flexible architecture that allowed configuration of customized insurance products and workflow tailoring without significant development effort, enabling standard insurance claims processing, automated workflow routing, and improved access to quality data for adjudication and loss handling. To minimize business disruption, Ecclesiastical went into production with all lines of business and all modules simultaneously, using the integrated ISI Enterprise environment to centralize policy and claims operations. Insurance Systems supplied the ISI Enterprise solution and the rollout emphasized governance through configurable workflows and product configuration controls, with stated outcomes of faster product customization, better data access to support proactive risk management, and more effective claims management.
Mutual Fire Insurance Insurance 115 $267M Canada Insurance Systems ISI Enterprise Claims Insurance Claims Management 2010 n/a
In 2010 Mutual Fire Insurance implemented ISI Enterprise Claims from Insurance Systems Inc., positioning ISI Enterprise Claims as the central Insurance Claims Management application for the carrier. The deployment targeted Mutual Fire Insurance of British Columbia's property and casualty operations across British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, reflecting the company’s product footprint in farm, residential and commercial property and liability coverage. The project was undertaken with a modest IT budget and limited internal resources, so the browser-based architecture of ISI Enterprise was selected to reduce client-side footprint and administrative overhead. The implementation used ISI Enterprise, a fully-integrated policy administration suite, with core modules activated for policy administration, claims, billing, accounting and reinsurance. ISI Enterprise Claims was configured alongside supporting subsystems for rating, document production, CRM, workflow and reporting to enable end-to-end policy-to-claims processing and case management workflows. Configuration focused on claims lifecycle management, configurable product definitions and rules-driven workflow to automate routine processing tasks within the Insurance Claims Management environment. Within the suite the claims component was integrated with billing, accounting and reinsurance modules to maintain financial posting continuity and reinsurance accounting, while document production and CRM supported customer communications and document imaging. The browser-based deployment model aligned with Mutual Fire’s constrained IT resources and centralized processing across claims, policy administration, billing and finance functions. Operational coverage therefore included core business functions of claims handling, policy servicing, premium billing and financial reconciliation across the three provinces served. Governance and rollout emphasized process automation and controlled configuration, with Mutual Fire leadership framing the ISI Enterprise implementation as a foundation for future growth and faster market response. Company statements specified the solution would automate the majority of their processes and improve their ability to compete with larger carriers. The deployment centralized claims processing within the ISI Enterprise Claims application footprint and established workflow and reporting governance to support ongoing operational control.
Wynward Insurance Insurance 100 $30M Canada Insurance Systems ISI Enterprise Claims Insurance Claims Management 2018 n/a

The implementation configured the ISI Enterprise Claims application to support core functional modules including policy administration and claims processing, accounting and billing workflows, reinsurance administration, and a Business Intelligence module. Business-user-oriented configuration tools were adopted to accelerate product changes and speed to market, while automated renewal processes and underwriter tools were enabled to increase underwriting efficiency. Operational design included automated bordereau upload capabilities to reduce manual data entry and preserve data consistency, and an AWS cloud-based deployment to optimize disaster recovery processes. The deployment scope covered Wynward’s national footprint across all Provinces and Territories, and was positioned to serve Wynward’s broker network and commercial property and casualty business lines from its Winnipeg headquarters. Governance and workflow adjustments emphasized increased controls across the policy lifecycle to improve risk management and broker management and billing functions to strengthen broker support.
