BKV Group | Construction and Real Estate | 220 | $26M | United States | Revizto | Revizto | Collaboration | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018 BKV Group implemented Revizto as part of its Collaboration tooling for BIM and design coordination across its architecture and engineering teams. The deployment targeted the firm’s BIM coordinators, project design staff, and project managers within BKV Group, and training explicitly covered Revit, Revizto, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360 platforms.
Revizto was configured to support model coordination workflows and cloud based 3D visualization, with issue tracking, markup and clash review capabilities aligned to the company’s project delivery processes. Configuration work emphasized structured issue lifecycles and role based assignment so that model issues could be created in Revizto and tracked through resolution by discipline owners.
The implementation included integrations and file exchange workflows with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360, reflecting the firm’s multi authoring tool environment and the need to consolidate model views in Revizto. Operational coverage focused on design and BIM coordination workflows, enabling Project Managers and BIM Coordinators to reconcile federated models and surface construction issues in a single Collaboration environment.
Governance changes included standardizing model upload cadences, defining issue ownership and enforcing a coordinated review cadence during design milestones. Staff training on Revizto and adjacent platforms reinforced process adoption and established Revizto as the primary Collaboration hub for model based coordination at BKV Group.

Built | Construction and Real Estate | 1500 | $2.0B | Australia | Revizto | Revizto | Collaboration | 2018 | n/a |
Built implemented Revizto in 2018 as a Collaboration platform to support BIM coordination and issue tracking on Melbourne construction projects. The deployment tied Revizto into onsite scanning and model review workflows used by the BIM manager and project assistants, following hands on training in Synchro PRO, Trimble RealWorks, and Revizto during June to August 2018.
The implementation configured Revizto for issue tracking using Revizto 4 capabilities and established model federation and clash review workflows for construction coordination. Configuration focused on issue lifecycle management, model viewer collaboration, and shared markups to streamline BIM coordination between design and construction groups.
Operational integration included point cloud capture using a Trimble TX8 scanner and basic registration workflows in Trimble RealWorks, with Navisworks used for clash detection that fed review sessions in Revizto. These explicit tool interactions placed Revizto at the center of model based coordination between site scanning, registration, clash analysis, and issue resolution.
Governance and rollout reflected BIM team centric adoption, led by the BIM manager and assistants, with Revizto used in construction project meetings and to record meeting minutes and actionable issues. Training activities and on site scanning practice were used to establish standard workflows for issue assignment, review cadence, and cross discipline coordination using Revizto as the Collaboration hub.

Stowe Australia | Construction and Real Estate | 1700 | $412M | Australia | Revizto | Revizto | Collaboration | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020 Stowe Australia implemented Revizto to strengthen Collaboration across its Digital Engineering and Building Information Modelling workflows, aligning the new application with an Autodesk Revit centric authoring environment. The deployment was positioned inside Stowe Australia’s cloud based technology stack and common data environment, supporting project delivery and cross‑discipline coordination across the business.
Revizto was configured to serve as a collaboration layer that consolidates model review, issue tracking, and coordination workflows typical of Collaboration solutions, enabling federated model viewing and shared markups for electrical BIM deliveries originating in Revit. Configuration emphasized role based access for BIM Technicians, Project BIM Leads, Regional BIM Managers and the National Digital Engineering Manager, ensuring the platform supported both project focused BIM leads and a national support structure.
The Revizto implementation operated alongside a wider ecosystem that includes Autodesk Construction Cloud components such as BIM Collaborate Pro and Autodesk Build, plus authoring and coordination tools Stowe lists such as Revit, Navisworks, Unifi, Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera P6. The application was part of the cloud first stack that provides common data access to required internal positions and supports cloud based collaboration without geographic constraints.
Governance was organized through existing digital engineering roles, with workflow protocols adapted for centralized model review, issue assignment and handoff to delivery teams. Revizto was therefore embedded as a Collaboration application within Stowe Australia’s BIM and digital engineering governance, aligning platform configuration to the company’s national support model and project delivery workflows.
