In 2015, Centene implemented Rustici SCORM Cloud to centralize eLearning delivery and runtime compliance. The Rustici SCORM Cloud deployment supported the companys Learning and Development needs for SCORM and AICC content ingestion, playback, and standards-based learner tracking.

The Rustici SCORM Cloud instance was integrated with Centenes HR and talent systems, including Workday, Taleo, and Cornerstone On Demand, with integrations managed using TCC to interface with Workday. Integration work focused on synchronizing user records, enrollment and completion status between Rustici SCORM Cloud and the corporate HR and LMS environment, enabling Learning and Development and HR training administration to consume compliant completion data.
