The implementation delivered the Customer Contracts module within Oracle PeopleSoft ERP, integrated with Project Costing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable to support contract lifecycle accounting for both commercial and government contracts. Teams configured system enhancements for international users and financial reporting, adding Value Added Tax handling, Book Code structures, and Adjustment Periods to align ledgers and statutory outputs.
Operational integrations extended to Host Analytics for consolidated financial planning, and to systems, users, and fixed asset records acquired through domestic and international M&A activity. The deployment supported Health Plan Accounting through creation of detailed nVision layouts to drive statutory reporting formats and month end close processes.

Workday Absence Management was integrated operationally with an external leave-of-absence administrator and payroll processes: Centene reconciled daily status reports between Workday and the leave administrator, applied and audited payroll coding to meet state and federal guidelines, and coordinated eligibility and status changes with the leave vendor. The rollout positioned HR business partners, payroll, managers, and vendors on a single point of contact model; project teams used Workday to identify gaps, execute testing scripts during the payroll transition, and maintain ongoing leave records and communications.
