Operational coverage included production, procurement, project management, sales coordination and executive review, with data flows supporting quote analysis, delivery time assessment and workload balancing. Governance incorporated a project office for monitoring major projects from technical development through testing, support and coordination with sales and management, and weekly planning meetings chaired by the Industrial Planner with department heads and the chief operating officer. The supply chain planning project and J-FLEX deployment delivered stated outcomes of reduced delivery lead times and improved delivery reliability through supply chain optimization.
