Integrations were implemented with NetSuite and OpenAir as part of the deployment, and the TransferMate Platform was rolled out to Appian international subsidiaries to centralize cross-border payment processing. The implementation operated in concert with other finance systems and vendor tools already in Appian’s estate, including Concur and tax, billing and incentive systems referenced by the finance team. Governance and control were established under existing SOX change management procedures for financial systems, with the Senior Financial Systems Manager overseeing audit readiness, compliance meetings, and coordination with external contractors and internal IT and finance teams.
