The implementation used Dynamics 365 Business Central out of the box functionality augmented by Wiise-specific capabilities, with configuration focused on core financial modules including general ledger, sales ledger, accounts payable, procurement, stock control and jobs functionality tailored for events. The project placed particular emphasis on the Jobs module to support events and venue hire workflows, and incorporated bank feeds and asset lifecycle management through The Asset Guardian to manage the centre’s capital assets. Integrations were explicitly implemented or planned as part of the solution, linking accounting, sales, purchasing, stock, jobs and customer and vendor transactions to provide a unified financial record. The engagement included ticketing related financial transaction flows and a roadmap for integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, while reporting and analytics were delivered using Insight Software’s Jet Analytics and embedded Power BI dashboards. Velrada led a structured delivery approach with design workshops, configuration sessions, user-focused knowledge sharing, training and formal user acceptance testing, enabling users to gain working system knowledge before go live.
