Resilience and continuity were addressed with FirstNet 4G backup configured as an emergency failover path for critical voice services, and the architecture prioritized cloud-based session control and centralized management for distributed sites. Operational coverage explicitly targeted district energy operations and communications teams across multiple U.S. locations, consolidating telephony and collaboration under the BluIP Cloud UCaaS environment. Governance emphasized centralized administration and staged user provisioning to support rollout across the 130 plus user base, while operational ownership remained with Centrio Energy operations and communications stakeholders. According to the vendor case study BluIP reported increased reliability from the cloud UCaaS deployment and a reported ROI in under a year. | |
