Operational coverage targeted finance and accounting functions across Art Processors global footprint, unifying transactional posting, intercompany processing, and period-end reporting within a single cloud instance. DXC Technology handled solution configuration, data migration activities and go-live coordination, establishing a single operational architecture to reduce fragmentation of financial data and improve the timeliness of consolidated reporting. Governance changes included standardizing financial workflows, instituting centralized month-end controls and permissions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and formalizing change management led by the implementation partner and internal finance leadership. The deployment emphasized a repeatable multi-entity governance model and role-based process ownership to sustain consistent accounting practices across sites. | |
