Children'S Literacy Initiative | Education | 52 | $7M | United States | Adobe Systems | Adobe Learning Manager (formerly Adobe Captivate Prime) | Learning and Development | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, Children'S Literacy Initiative implemented Adobe Learning Manager to centralize coach and employee training under its Learning and Development program. The deployment positioned Adobe Learning Manager as the primary learning hub for onboarding, role specific learning, compliance courses, and partner training. Children'S Literacy Initiative configured Adobe Learning Manager alongside Adobe Captivate to author custom courses and deliver virtual classroom sessions, mobile access, and on demand learning. The platform hosts more than 700 learning activities across job functions, supporting onboarding, mandatory compliance training, and monthly professional development for coaches. Course provisioning and enrollment workflows were organized to support recurring monthly cohorts and role aligned learning paths. Integrations were implemented with third party meeting platforms Zoom and BlueJeans to enable synchronous virtual classrooms, and the LMS connects to CLI's proprietary content management system so users access the most current learning materials. Operational coverage focuses on coaches and employees across the United States, enabling coaches who serve roughly 3,200 teachers and educational leaders in partner schools to receive continuous development. The LMS also extends access to school partners and supports training for more than 300 people annually to benefit partner schools. Governance incorporated mandatory course assignment and completion tracking to enforce compliance, with CLI reporting 100% completion for mandatory training within two weeks of course availability. Adoption patterns include monthly cohorts of about 30 new coaches, virtual learning reaching 60% more new coaches and average completion of 90% of virtual classroom material. Adobe Learning Manager serves as the central system for Learning and Development activities at Children'S Literacy Initiative, tying content creation, delivery, and compliance tracking into a single operational workflow. | |
