An Accounts Payable Officer assigned to the Perth WA site April 2019 to October 2019 executed invoice coding, credit card statement posting and approvals workflows directly within MYOB Greentree Payroll and the associated financial modules. Governance and day to day workflow centered on manager invoice approvals, coded postings to correct cost centres, and regular reconciliation cycles maintained in MYOB Greentree Payroll. These controls institutionalized invoice routing and payment run processes within the application and aligned AP procedures with the broader payroll and finance governance framework. | |
