The IT organization operated Endpoint Central alongside administration of Zimbra mail systems and operational management of backup, Business Continuity Operations and Fenix RIS/PACS systems, while also supporting installation, configuration and support of the SISS system. Governance responsibilities included definition and management of business continuity procedures for workstations running electronic medical records, cross-subsidiary workstation controls and IT risk assessment. The program was executed by the holding company IT specialist team, working closely with suppliers and facility health services to align endpoint management, incident response workflows and infrastructure projects with clinical continuity requirements. | |
