Paul Smith United Kingdom | Retail | 400 | $183M | United Kingdom | Centra | Centra OMS | Order Management | 2024 | Limesharp Internet | In 2024, Paul Smith implemented Centra OMS to centralize order orchestration across direct to consumer and wholesale channels, using Centra OMS as the core Order Management platform to modernize fulfillment and simplify multi-market localization and payments. The UK-based retail brand focused the implementation on unified order routing, fulfillment visibility and a ship-from-store capability to support both DTC and B2B commerce channels. The Centra OMS deployment emphasized order orchestration and fulfillment workflows, with configuration to support ship-from-store inventory allocation and sell-through prioritization. Functional workstreams included B2B storefront enablement, DTC order flows, localized pricing and payments handling, and operational controls for fulfillment execution, reflecting typical Order Management capabilities implemented to support omnichannel order lifecycle management. Limesharp Internet supported the rollout, delivering implementation services for Centra OMS and coordinating the staged operational cutover. Rollout scope covered the UK headquarter and store network pilot sites for ship-from-store, while commercial go lives were sequenced to enable rapid B2B trading followed by DTC activation, maintaining continuity of commerce and payment locality for multi-market customers. Governance and rollout sequencing were explicit, with B2B functionality launched quickly and the DTC channel going live in April 2024, reporting zero downtime after launch. The ship-from-store pilot delivered a 95% sell-through rate and contributed to a 28% Black Friday revenue uplift, outcomes recorded after the Centra OMS implementation. | |
