Help at Home Healthcare 49000 $2.8B United States Workiva Workiva Financial Close Reporting Financial Consolidation and Close 2016 n/a In 2016, Help at Home implemented Workiva Financial Close Reporting to centralize SEC reporting processes within its Financial Consolidation and Close function. The deployment supported preparation and filing workflows for the companys initial and confidential Form S 1 and provided a repeatable authoring environment for periodic filings including a skeletal Form 10 Q in Wdesk. Workiva Financial Close Reporting was configured to capture and present core consolidation deliverables, including the consolidated statement of cash flows, fixed assets rollforward schedule, intangible assets rollforward schedule, and equity rollforward schedule. The implementation also housed narrative artifacts, including the inaugural Management Discussion and Analysis and a going concern memorandum, aligning numeric schedules and narrative disclosures in a single reporting workspace. The project engaged cross functional finance and accounting stakeholders for preparing, reviewing and filing SEC submissions, and the platform was used to manage a complex carve out of financials to classify certain assets and liabilities as held for sale and discontinued operations on consolidated statements of financial position and operations. The engagement included authoring the supporting memorandum that documented the carve out methodology and classifications within the Workiva environment. Governance was reinforced through templated schedules and documentation workflows that consolidated review trails and disclosure artifacts for SEC reviewers, auditors and internal approvers. Outputs delivered in the Workiva environment included the finalized S 1 submission materials, the carved out financial statements and the structured draft MD A, preserving a consistent close to filing pathway for ongoing periodic reporting.
