The deployment focused on aligning finance and HR workflows for a UK manufacturing firm with roughly 50 employees, centralizing expense capture and approval into the Frappe platform. Frappe HR Expense Management was configured to support expense claim submission, multi level approvals, policy enforcement and reimbursement scheduling tied to payroll cycles. Configuration work included expense category mapping, approval matrices and automated posting rules to feed the financial ledger, consistent with standard Expense Management functional workflows. The Expense Management implementation was integrated within the same ERPNext instance to connect expense records to Accounts and HR Payroll modules, enabling end to end cost capture and payroll reimbursement coordination. GreyCube Technologies India served as the Frappe partner and led configuration, testing and cutover activities across the deployed ERPNext modules. Governance changes established centralized expense policy enforcement and standardized approval workflows embedded in Frappe HR Expense Management, with process handoffs between purchasing, HR and finance formalized during rollout. The program reported measurable SaaS cost reductions and efficiency gains following the GreyCube led implementation.
