Deployment location was Mumbai with operational coverage extending to the Pune farm, and Life Keeper was used for data replication between servers to support continuity across production and head office systems. Project governance named Arif Fazlani as Project Head and engaged Godrej Infotech as the implementation partner, with the deployment location recorded as Mumbai. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation was integrated into head office planning to release delivery instructions against customer production and delivery schedules, and the company reports speedier deliveries and improved supply chain management following the ERP Financial deployment. | |
