Marisa Lojas S/A Retail 15090 $484M Brazil Oracle Oracle Retail Allocation Allocation and Replenishment 2014 n/a In 2014, Marisa Lojas S/A implemented Oracle Retail Allocation. The deployment focused on Allocation and Replenishment capabilities to support merchandising and inventory decisioning across the retailer. The implementation centralized Oracle Retail Allocation as the core allocation engine alongside other Oracle Retail modules listed in the environment, specifically Oracle Retail MFP, AP and RDF, and integrated store systems NL and MRS for store level fulfillment and assortments. Configuration work emphasized allocation rules, store level replenishment logic, and assortment driven allocations, aligning standard Allocation and Replenishment workflows with retail merchandising processes. Integration work was governed by Marisa IT teams responsible for SAP systems Retail, Logistics and ECC and the Oracle Retail estate, so Oracle Retail Allocation operated within an ecosystem that included SAP ERP and Oracle Retail components. Integration and architecture scope encompassed master data alignment, inventory visibility handoffs, and operational feeds between stores and corporate systems to support allocation decisions. Governance and operational ownership rested with IT Architecture, Integration and Governance teams, responsible for configuration control, integration orchestration and ongoing run book processes across Oracle Retail Allocation and adjacent systems. The configuration and governance model emphasized consistent allocation policy enforcement and cross system integration stewardship rather than point implementations.
