These integrations established a single analytical fabric spanning stores, warehouses, eCommerce, and marketing systems. Operational governance and rollout were managed through the Data Warehouse Manager role and the Application Development Manager responsible for BI and eCommerce teams, with phased delivery tied to multi channel retail initiatives such as Store to Door and Click and Collect. The SAS Business Intelligence deployment supported the Just Shop and JacquiE loyalty program reporting, customer segmentation and campaign execution workflows across retail and marketing business functions.
