Kahramaa Utilities 3000 $4.9B Qatar Oracle Oracle Utilities Analytics Analytics and BI 2020 n/a In 2020, Kahramaa implemented Oracle Utilities Analytics as part of a multi-stream transformation of its Customer Services Division. The initiative began in March 2020 and was executed as a lead transformation project focused on Billing and Customer Relation Management Processes on an Oracle Solution Stack, with a project schedule of 22 months to go-live and 18 months of post go-live support. Oracle Utilities Analytics, classified in the Analytics and BI category, was configured to deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics aligned to billing and customer care workflows. The implementation workstreams explicitly included Data Migration, Customer to Meter, Mobile Workforce Management, Web Portal and Mobile Application, Robotic Process Automation, and Oracle Digital Assistant, and Oracle Utilities Analytics was instrumented to consume and normalize data from those streams to support analytics and reporting. The deployment architecture was organized within the Oracle Solution Stack and executed by a cross-functional team of more than 60 staff and multiple subcontractors, supporting integration points across Billing and Customer Relationship Management processes as part of the broader solution. Operational scope centered on the Customer Services Division and involved coordination with multiple business units to align analytics outputs to meter-to-cash and customer engagement operations. Program governance emphasized delivery, scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, using established project plans, work breakdown structures, and burndown charts to track progress. Governance activities included chairing cross-functional workshops to finalize requirements and deliverables, managing internal and external stakeholders, asserting alignment between principals, vendors and business partners, and advising senior management on project health, progress, and challenges.
