Our global team of 50 researchers has been studying the digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by 2 million + companies including technographic segmentation of 10 million ERP, EPM, CRM, HCM, Procurement, SCM, Treasury software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions and perhaps the rise and fall of certain vendors and their products on a quarterly basis.
Apps Run The World Buyer Insight and Technographics Customer Database has over 100 data fields that detail company usage of emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database, and different on-prem and cloud apps by function, customer size (employees, revenues), industry, country, implementation status, year deal won, partner involvement, Line of Business Key Stakeholders and key decision-makers contact details, including the systems being used by Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies.

European Space Agency Italy | Aerospace and Defense | 550 | $135M | Italy | JAMF Software | Jamf Pro | EMM / MDM / MAM | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, European Space Agency Italy implemented Jamf Pro as the Apple endpoint control component for its Back-Office Infrastructure Team. The engagement covered November 2020 to February 2021 and was staffed by System Administrator and Level 3 IT support resources responsible for troubleshooting and implementing changes to the client system infrastructure. Jamf Pro was applied within an EMM / MDM / MAM context to manage MacOS endpoints, delivering device enrollment, configuration profile application, policy based management, application distribution, inventory and scripting capabilities typical of Jamf Pro deployments. The implementation supported Level 3 end user support on both MacOS and Windows platform device lines, with Jamf Pro serving Apple device management while parallel tooling addressed non Apple endpoints. The environment integrated Jamf Pro workflows with existing infrastructure platforms explicitly listed in the engagement, including SCCM, JAMF tooling, Cisco AMP, Microsoft Intune, Maas360, MIP (Connected Backup), and online and offline virtual desktop environments on VMware Vsphere and VMware Fusion. These integrations were used to coordinate device enrollment and inventory, antivirus telemetry, backup continuity, and VDI onboarding between Apple device management and broader enterprise endpoint systems. Governance centered on operational change management and Level 3 escalation processes managed by the Back-Office Infrastructure Team, with documented troubleshooting, change creation and implementation procedures executed during the November 2020 to February 2021 window. Jamf Pro was positioned as the EMM / MDM / MAM application within European Space Agency Italy to centralize Apple device controls while interoperating with the agency s multi vendor endpoint stack.

European Space Agency Italy | Aerospace and Defense | 550 | $135M | Italy | Cisco Systems | Cisco Secure Endpoint (Formerly AMP for Endpoints) | Endpoint Management | 2020 | n/a | In 2020 European Space Agency Italy deployed Cisco Secure Endpoint (Formerly AMP for Endpoints) as its Endpoint Management solution. The implementation work took place from November 2020 to February 2021 and was executed by the Back-Office Infrastructure Team with System Administrator and Level 3 IT support staff responsible for troubleshooting and change implementation across the estate. Cisco Secure Endpoint (Formerly AMP for Endpoints) was delivered as an agent-based endpoint control layer, configured to provide continuous endpoint detection and response telemetry, policy enforcement, file trajectory and quarantine capabilities typical of Endpoint Management platforms. Configuration efforts focused on sensor deployment across Windows and MacOS protected device lists, and on applying centralized policies via the Cisco management console to govern threat prevention, detection and remediation workflows. The deployment integrated with on-premises and enterprise mobility management tooling present in the environment, specifically SCCM, JAMF, Microsoft Intune and MaaS360, and it was operated alongside MIP Connected Backup and online and offline virtual desktop infrastructures running on VMware Vsphere and VMware Fusion. Integration work emphasized device enrollment, agent lifecycle coordination, and alignment of alerting and telemetry flows between Cisco Secure Endpoint (Formerly AMP for Endpoints) and the listed platforms. Operational governance centered on Level 3 support and back-office infrastructure processes, with administrators responsible for troubleshooting, creating and implementing infrastructure changes and supporting both physical endpoints and VDI sessions. Rollout and support activities were scoped to back-office infrastructure and desktop support functions, with incident and change ownership retained by the ESA infrastructure team.
