Little Fashionista Shop | Professional Services | 10 | $1M | Philippines | Seel | Seel Platform | Returns Management | 2023 | n/a | In 2023, Little Fashionista Shop implemented Seel Platform for Returns Management on its website to centralize post purchase returns and exchanges. The deployment used a web embedded SaaS architecture that surfaces a customer facing returns portal within the retailer storefront and provides an administrative console for returns operations. Configuration emphasized lightweight, cloud hosted setup appropriate for a small team, minimizing bespoke customization and surfacing policy controls through the platform UI. Functional capabilities implemented include a customer returns portal, RMA tracking, return reason capture, automated refund authorization workflows, shipping label generation, and merchant routing for fulfillment. The Seel Platform was integrated with the e commerce storefront and order flows so returns are tied to original transactions and routed into customer service and fulfillment operations for processing. Governance was enforced through platform policy rules and role based access, enabling staff to manage approvals and exceptions and to operate returns workflows without separate tooling. | |
