YOURCE | Professional Services | 135 | $17M | Netherlands | Wolters Kluwer | Wolters Kluwer Legisway | Legal Practice Management | 2019 | n/a | In 2019, YOURCE implemented Wolters Kluwer Legisway to centralize Corporate Housekeeping and Commercial Contracting activities across Yource and its EU-subsidiaries. The deployment targeted Legal Practice Management use cases, positioning Wolters Kluwer Legisway as the system of record for corporate and commercial information management for the company. The implementation emphasized corporate records and contract lifecycle capabilities, including a structured legal document repository, contract templates and form authoring, entity and UBO/KYC registries, and compliance-oriented workflow orchestration consistent with Legal Practice Management functionality. Configuration work focused on organizing scattered legal information into a centralized company legal database and standardizing templates for client and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, and Data Processing Agreements. Operational scope covered the in-house legal function and shared drafting and approval workflows, providing formal support to the General Counsel and handling preliminary investigations, insurance and brand portfolio management, complaint procedures, and organizational chart management. Information capture began with consolidation into a structured folder system and subsequent ingestion into Wolters Kluwer Legisway, establishing a repeatable content migration pattern for corporate records. Governance and process changes formalized shared responsibility for contract drafting and approvals, and created an ongoing custodial model for corporate policy documents and contractual artifacts. Corporate related activities noted under InterXion are also applicable to the Legisway deployment, reinforcing that Wolters Kluwer Legisway is the central Legal Practice Management application supporting Yource legal, compliance, and contracting functions. | |
