WynActive Leisure and Hospitality 330 $55M Australia Spectrio Spectrio Engage (ex Enplug) Digital Signing 2018 n/a In 2018, WynActive implemented Spectrio Engage (ex Enplug) to manage on-site and venue-facing digital content and signage. The deployment was positioned to support Digital Signing use cases across the company estate, aligning display content with marketing, events and facility operations needs. Configuration work centered on content scheduling and playlist management, device provisioning and remote display orchestration, and role based content approval workflows. Spectrio Engage (ex Enplug) was configured to support templated content, social feed and corporate content ingestion, and operational controls typical for enterprise digital signage management. The implementation was integrated into WynActive’s ICT Standard Operating Environment, with explicit operational linkages to Azure AD and O365 for identity and content sources, Cisco Meraki for device and network management, and core business systems administered by the assets team including POS and SAGE 300. Operational tooling such as Asana and Slack were used for coordination and rollout activities, while Knack supported ancillary data workflows. Governance and rollout were managed through the Assets and Infrastructure function, which owned ICT standards, budget oversight and the rollout across WynActive’s portfolio including three state of the art venues. The Spectrio Engage deployment was part of broader digitisation and business continuity activities led by the Assets & Infrastructure Manager, including standard operating procedures for content governance and operational support.
