Governance and process changes were driven by designated key users and coaches, who developed standard operating procedures and trained staff and team leaders on JD Edwards WMS and RF scanning. Implementation practices documented in-site SOPs, traffic management and contractor induction, and embedded cycle counting and KPI reporting into operational cadence to sustain inventory integrity and operational consistency. | |
