The CCH Tagetik Analytic Information Hub was provisioned to produce structured performance reports, and Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik for Lease Accounting was configured to feed lease schedules and amortization into consolidation and planning modules. Operationally the deployment centralized lease accounting and reporting for finance teams across Tillotts Pharma and its European affiliates, addressing the need to manage highly granular product and intercompany data across multiple countries. The finance organization had previously collected Excel files via email which drove inefficiency and reporting delays, and the new Lease Management application integrated lease data into standardized reporting and consolidation workflows. Governance emphasis targeted finance user proficiency and standardized reporting templates so that finance teams could produce reliable, timely reports. Structured, reliable reports generated quickly became essential tools for decision makers, and finance staff reported familiarity and appreciation for the flexibility of Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik for Lease Accounting and the broader CCH Tagetik platform. | |
