Evri Transportation 8000 $1.8B United Kingdom Nice Systems NICE Workforce Management Workforce Management 2015 n/a In 2015 Evri implemented NICE Workforce Management in a cloud deployment to improve forecasting and staffing for its Sheffield based contact centre. The NICE Workforce Management solution was delivered live in October 2015, on schedule to support the busy holiday season, and was licensed on a subscription basis in the NICE Cloud. The implementation configured core Workforce Management capabilities including forecast modeling, staffing and shift planning, automated scheduling of requests and notifications, multichannel contact forecasting for calls and emails, and real time adherence monitoring for both on site and remote agents. The deployment emphasized resource planning accuracy and employee engagement functionality, which were key selection criteria for Evri. Architecturally the solution ran in the NICE Cloud, leveraging an advanced API to enable interoperability with Oracle RightNow as part of the contact centre stack. The environment was designed for scalability and elasticity to accommodate seasonal peaks, and the commercial model allowed flexible pricing to support periods requiring additional agents. Operational scope focused on Evri customer service and contact centre workforce planning at the Sheffield site, extending real time adherence and scheduling controls to remote agents. Governance changes included automated adherence workflows and centralized scheduling processes to standardize staffing response across channels, with the stated objective of improving operational efficiency and optimizing workforce management.
