The solution covered new vendor registration workflows, interfaces to accounts payable activities, and operational coordination between internal customers, vendors, and the global vendor team. Governance and rollout centered on training and SLA monitoring, with one to one training for functional users, comprehensive training for in house trainers, supervision of the outsourced Buy team, and active monitoring of service levels to ensure SLAs were met. The program included responsibility for managing vendor master changes and maintaining a high resolution rate for vendor issues affecting invoice payments, supporting smoother transitions for the outsourced Buy team and continuity of P2P operations.
