Payroll feeds were configured to produce WPS channel disbursements and periodic reports for cost allocation and accounting, while payroll outputs were structured to support cross charging between Group companies and reporting for Joint ventures. The implementation also supported preparation of payment vouchers and HR related reimbursements for training, recruitment and insurance billing. Governance and process workstreams included formal checklist controls for severance and intercompany transfers, test scenario development, validation points, and risk impact assessments before changes went live. The project involved iterative collaboration with Oracle Fusion HCM developers to tune payroll, EOSB and HR workflows, and provided documentation and assistance for internal and external audit procedures to ensure compliance and operational continuity. | |
