Kochblume Germany | Consumer Packaged Goods | 30 | $10M | Germany | Haufe Group | Haufe X360 Warehousing | Warehouse Management | 2019 | iNTERFACEWARE | In 2019, Kochblume Germany implemented Haufe X360 Warehousing, a Warehouse Management solution from Haufe Group. The deployment digitized previously paper-based warehouse operations and Lexware-driven processes, enabling digital control of approximately 12,000 pallet locations and integrating warehouse activity with order-to-cash workflows across Germany. The implementation used the Haufe X360 warehouse and warenwirtschaft functionality to establish inventory control, pallet location management, and automated order processing workflows. Configuration emphasized central stock visibility and process-driven fulfillment steps consistent with Warehouse Management functional patterns, aligning warehouse operations with commercial order flows. Implementation partner iNTERFACEWARE supported the project delivery, and the solution was integrated into Kochblume operational processes to cover warehouse and fulfillment functions within Germany. The rollout focused on replacing manual, paper-based inventory routines with systemized warehouse operations and tied warehouse events into downstream order-to-cash processing. The project delivered explicit operational outcomes documented in the vendor case study, including elimination of paper-based inventory routines and reported time savings of up to 30 percent in operations. The case study also describes the practical use of Haufe X360 warehouse/warenwirtschaft functionality in Kochblume’s German operations.

Divvy Chicago | Transportation | 150 | $6M | United States | Hellotracks | Hellotracks Real-Time Location Tracking | Route Accounting | 2019 | n/a | In 2019 Divvy Chicago implemented Hellotracks Real-Time Location Tracking, deploying a smartphone-based tracking and dispatch solution. Hellotracks Real-Time Location Tracking is categorized as Route Accounting and was used to instrument field operations and dispatcher workflows for Divvy Chicago. The deployment focused on mobile workforce tracking, job dispatching, route tracking, and imports of job types, consistent with the case study description. Configuration included role-based mobile agent access, real-time location telemetry, and inferred route optimization and job dispatching modules to support dynamic assignment of field tasks. Operational coverage centered on Divvy Chicago field crews and the central dispatch team, using Hellotracks Real-Time Location Tracking to track in-progress jobs across the city and to manage dispatch communications. Integrations were limited to job import and dispatch workflows described in the case study, supporting live route tracking and status updates to dispatchers. Governance and process changes emphasized dispatcher workflow simplification, mobile-first execution, and centralized visibility into job state, which enabled simpler field tracking, reduced operational costs, and lowered after-hours messages from dispatchers as reported in the case study.
