In 2015 Westfort implemented Real-HRM, deploying the Core HR application from A-Real-Solution. Activium served as the systems integrator for the implementation, and the decision responded to Westforts requirement for a flexible automation solution aligned with its innovation driven business vision.
The implementation combined Real-HRM with Exact Synergy as the automation backbone. Real-HRM was configured to deliver Core HR functionality including personnel administration, absence management, role based access controls and HR workflow automation, while Exact Synergy provided complementary process orchestration and document management capabilities.
Activium executed integrations between Real-HRM and Exact Synergy to unify employee master data and workflow handoffs between HR and finance. The deployment covered company wide HR operations across ICT, HR and Finance functions in the Netherlands, supporting managers and operational staff within Westforts distribution business of roughly 200 employees.
Governance and rollout were coordinated by Robbert van 't Hoff, who led ICT, HR and Finance alignment, and Activium managed configuration, testing and phased rollout activities. The implementation narrative emphasizes the A-Real-Solution Real-HRM application, the Exact Synergy integration, and structured governance to embed Core HR capabilities into Westforts operational stack.
